This treatment moisturiser is more than a typical ointment or moisturiser for problem skin - it's a breakthrough solution for managing eczema, psoriasis, and other chronic skin conditions. If you notice that you have entered incorrect information, such as your delivery address, recipient's name, phone number, or email address, please contact us as soon as possible.
If your order has not yet been dispatched, we will do our best to update your order details. Once your order has been dispatched, changes may no longer be possible, although we will work with our courier partner to explore available options where feasible.
Orders are generally processed within 1-2 business days after payment has been successfully received.
During promotional periods, product launches, public holidays, or periods of exceptionally high order volume, processing time may be slightly longer. We appreciate your patience and understanding during these periods.
If your parcel or the products inside arrive damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. Please also provide your order number together with clear photographs of the packaging and damaged item(s). We will promptly review the matter and work with our courier partner to resolve the issue.
We recommend first checking with your household members, neighbours, building management, reception, or any designated safe place where the parcel may have been left.
If you are still unable to locate your parcel, please contact us as soon as possible. We will work with our courier partner to investigate the delivery and provide further assistance where possible.
If a parcel is returned due to an incorrect delivery address, failure to collect the parcel, refusal of delivery, unpaid customs duties or taxes, or any other reason not attributable to Skin In Order, additional shipping charges may apply before the order can be resent.
Where applicable, any original shipping fees, customs charges, or return shipping costs incurred may not be refundable.
Shipping & Delivery
If you notice that you have entered an incorrect delivery address, please contact us at hello@skininorder.com and provide us with the correct delivery address as soon as possible. If your order has not been dispatched, we will do our best to update the delivery details and ensure that your order is shipped to the correct address.
Once an order has been dispatched, we are generally unable to amend the delivery address, as it is already in the hands of our courier partner. In such cases, we will do our best to work with the courier to explore available options; however, we are unable to guarantee that changes can be made after dispatch.
For local orders within Singapore, orders re typically delivered within 3-5 working days after your order has been processed and dispatched to our courier partner. While we strive to ensure your order reaches you within the estimated timeframe, delivery times may occasionally be longer than expected during peak periods, particularly during promotional campaigns, public holidays or the days immediately following public holidays when courier networks experience significantly higher shipment volumes. These delays are managed by our delivery partners and are unfortunately beyond our reasonable control.
For international orders, estimated delivery timeframes are provided at checkout for your reference. However, actual delivery times may vary depending on customs clearance, import inspections, weather conditions, local courier operations, public holidays, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Local shipping refers to all orders delivered within Singapore. All local orders are automatically eligible for free shipping, with no minimum spend required.

Yes, we ship to most international destinations.
Shipping availability and costs vary depending on the destination and region. Free shipping is available for eligible orders, with minimum order values differing by region. The applicable shipping options and rates will be shown at checkout since you enter your delivery address.
