  • Processing Time: Orders are processed within 3-5 working days for local shipping(excluding weekends and public holidays).
  • Confirmation: You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order is shipped.

2. Shipping Options and Delivery Times

We offer the following shipping options:

  • Standard Shipping: [3-5 business days]
  • Express Shipping: [1-2 business days] (additional charges apply)
  • International Shipping: [4 - 12 business days] (varies by destination)

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances such as customs delays or weather conditions.

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping charges are calculated based on:

  • Destination: Local or international.
  • Weight & Dimensions: Size and weight of the package.

4. Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Shipments

  • Lost or Delayed Orders: If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery time, please contact us at hello@skininorder.com
  • Damaged Products: If you receive damaged goods, notify us within 2 days of receipt with photos of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement or refund where applicable.

Customs and Import Duties (for international orders)

Customs or import duties may be applicable depending on the destination country. Customers are responsible for these charges. Please check with your local customs office for more information.

5. Free International Shipping Threshold by Destination

To ensure fair and sustainable international delivery, free shipping thresholds may vary depending on the destination and region. 

Most international destinations qualify for free shipping on orders of USD 100 and above. For select regions such as the United States, a higher minimum order value of USD 200 applies due to variations in shipping and logistics costs. 

Our current shipping structure is therefore as follows: 

  • Singapore: All local orders qualify for free shipping with no minimum spend required.
  • Most international regions: Free shipping is available on orders of USD 100 and above. 
  • United States: Free shipping is available on orders of USD 200 and above due to variations in shipping and logistics costs. 

Please note that we are currently unable to ship to Malaysia and Indonesia due to customs regulations and shipping regulations. 

The applicable shipping options and free shipping eligibility for your order will be clearly displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
