RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
At Skin In Order, we are committed to providing products of the highest quality. Due to the nature of skincare products, as well as hygiene and safety considerations, all sales are generally considered final.
However, we understand that exception circumstances may arise. Refund and return requests may therefore be reviewed on a case-by-case basis at the sole discretion of Skin In Order.
1. Before requesting a refund or return
At Skin In Order, we recognise that every individual's skin is unique. Factors such as skin type, under skin concerns , consistency of use, lifestyle, environmental exposure, and individual skin biology can all influence how a product performs. As such, results may vary from person to person and cannot be guaranteed within a specific timeframe.
Unless the product is damaged, defective, or incorrectly supplied upon delivery, we recommend using the product consistently for at least four (4) weeks, or in accordance with the recommended direction. This allows sufficient time for the skin to adapt to the product and for a meaningful assessment of its sustainability and performance.
Please note that dissatisfaction with product results alone does not automatically qualify for a refund or return. Each request will be assessed individually based ont he information provided and the specific circumstances of the case.
2. How to SUbmit a refund or return request
Refund and return requests must be submitted within seven (7) calendar days from the date of your order is marked as delivered.
If you wish to request a refund or return, please contact us at hello@skininorder.com or at +65 9641 9663 within this period. Requests submitted after seven (7) days not be eligible for review unless otherwise determined by Skin In Order at our sole discretion.
To assist us in reviewing in your request, please include:
- Your order number;
- A detailed explanation of the reason for your request;
- Clear photographs of the product, including its packaging and current condition;
- Where applicable, photographs of the affected skin area of concern; and
- Any additional information that may assist us in assessing your request
Depending on the nature of your request, Skin In Order may request additional photographs, information regarding your skincare routine, duration of product use, application method, or other relevant details to facilitate a fair assessment.
Submission of a refund or return request does not constitute approval. All requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
3. Eligibility for refunds and returns
Where a refund or return is approved, the product must first be returned to Skin In Order for inspection.
Refunds will only be processed after the returned product has been received and verified by our team.
Unless otherwise determined by Skin In Order, products will generally only be eligible for a refund where they:
- are unopened and unused;
- have not been tampered with, altered, damaged, or contaminated;
- are returned in their original packaging where reasonably possible;
- remain in a condition suitable to be returned to our sellable inventory
Products that have been opened, used, tampered with, or are otherwise unsuitable for resale will generally not be eligible for a refund unless required under applicable by law.
Skin In Order reserves the right to decline any refund or return request where the retuned product does not meet the above conditions.
4. Bundles And promotional sets
Where products are purchased as part of a bundle, package, or promotional set, refunds will generally only be considered for individual products that remain unopened, unused, and in their original condition.
Opened or used products within a bundle are not eligible for refund.
Where applicable, Skin In Order reserves the right to adjust any refund amount to reflect promotional pricing, bundle discounts, complimentary products, or other promotional benefits received at the time of purchase.

Customers are responsible for ensuring returned products are securely packaged to minimise the risk of damage during transit.
Unless the return is due to an incorrect, defective, or damaged products supplied by Skin In Order, all shipping and associated costs incurred in returning the products shall be borne entirely by the customer.
Skin In Order is not responsible for products lost, dameged, or delayed during return transit. We recommend using a tracked postal or courier service, as proof of postage does not guarantee delivery.
6. International Orders
The same Refund & Return Policy applies to International orders.

All shipping costs, courier charges, customs duties, taxes, import fees, and any other costs associated with returning the product shall be borne entirely by the customer, unless otherwise determined by Skin In Order.
Skin In Order shall not be responsible for products, lost, damaged, or delayed during return transit. We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service, as refunds will only be processed after the returned product has been received and successfully verified by our team.
7. Refund Processing
Where a refund has been approved following inspection of the returned product, the refund will processed using the original payment method whenever reasonably possible. Please allow a reasonable processing period for the refund to be completed. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
8. Our assessment process
As every refund or return request is unique, Skin In Order reserves the right to assess each request on its individual merits.
Where appropriate, we may recommend alternative usage instructions, adjustments to your skincare routine, or allow additional time for continued use before determining whether a refund or return is appropriate.
Skin In Order reserves the right to approve, partially approve, or decline any refund or return request based on the information provided, the condition of the returned product, and the circumstances of the request.
Our decisions will be made in good faith with the objective of ensuring fairness to both our customers and integrity or our products.

Nothing in this Policy limits or excludes any rights or remedies that customers may have under the applicable consumer protection laws.
