Unless otherwise stated, Promotions are intended for genuine customers purchasing products for personal use and may not be used for resale, commercial purposes, or any purpose inconsistent with the Promotion's intended use.

Eligibility requirements may vary between Promotions and will be stated within the respective Promotion terms.

To ensure Promotions remain fair and accessible to all customers, Skin In Order reserves the right to determine eligibility for any Promotion.

In assessing eligibility, we may consider information including, but not limited to, customer accounts, email addresses, phone numbers, delivery addresses, billing addresses, payment methods, order history, device information, IP addresses, and other relevant information reasonably required to verify eligibility.

Promotional codes must be entered during checkout and cannot be applied retrospectively after an order has been placed, unless otherwise determined by Skin In Order.

Unless otherwise stated, only one promotional code may be used per order.

Promotional codes have no cash value and may not be exchanged, transferred, sold, or redeemed for cash.

Unless otherwise expressly stated, Promotions cannot be combined with any other discounts, promotional codes, vouchers, gifts with purchase, referral rewards, store credits, or promotional offers.

Where multiple Promotions are available, only the promotional benefit(s) expressly permitted by Skin In Order may be applied Promotion(s) and to remove or adjust any promotional benefit that has been applied in error or in a manner inconsistent with these Terms.

Unless otherwise expressly stated, Promotions are valid only for eligible orders successfully placed during the applicable promotional period.

Promotions apply only from the date and time they become effective and do not apply to orders placed prior to the commencement of the Promotion, regardless of whether the order has been processed, packed, fulfilled, dispatched, delivered, or remains pending.

Promotional pricing, discounts, vouchers, complimentary gifts, free shipping, and any other promotional benefits cannot be applied retrospectively to orders that have already been placed. Requests to amend, adjust, cancel, re-price, or apply a Promotion to an existing order after a Promotion has commenced will generally not be accommodated.

Customers are encouraged to review any available Promotions before completing their purchase, as Skin In Order may introduce, amend, extend, suspend, withdraw, or conclude Promotions from time to time.

Nothing in this section is intended to limit or exclude any mandatory rights or remedies that may apply under the consumer protection laws of the country or jurisdiction in which the customer resides or the order is placed, where such rights cannot lawfully be excluded.

Unless otherwise stated, Promotions are intended to be redeemed only in accordance with their stated eligibility requirements and redemption limits.

Promotions designated as one-time use, first-time customer offers, welcome offers, or similar promotions may only be redeemed once per eligible customer unless otherwise expressly stated.

Creating or using multiple customer accounts, email addresses, phone numbers, payment methods, delivery addresses, or other identifiers, for the purpose of obtaining additional promotional benefits beyond the intended redemption limi may result in the Promotion being declined, adjusted, withheld, cancelled, or reversed.

For the avoidance of doubt, the use of different contact details does not automatically constitute a new eligible customer. Skin In Order reserves the right to determine whether multiple orders are associated with the same individual, household, delivery address, billing address, payment method, customer account, device, or intended recipient.

Where a Promotion has been redeemed more frequently than intended, Skin In Order reserves the right to remove the promotional benefit, amend the order, cancel the order, or recover the value of the promotional benefit provided.

Our Promotions are intended to provide genuine value to customers and to make our products more accessible.

Skin In Order reserves the right to review any Promotion redemption and determine eligibility at its sole discretion.

Where we reasonably believe that a Promotion has been redeemed in a manner inconsistent with its intended purpose or eligibility requirements, we reserve the right to decline, adjust, withhold, suspend, or cancel the promotional benefit.

This may include situations where multiple orders appear to be associated with the same individual, household, delivery address, billing address, payment method, customer account, device, or intended recipient.

Complimentary gifts, samples, and promotional items are subject to availability and may be substituted with items of equal value where necessary.

Promotional gifts are not exchangeable for cash, store credit, or alternative products unless required by law.

Where an order benefiting from a Promotion is returned, refunded, cancelled, or partially refunded, Skin In Order reserves the right to adjust, remove, or recalculate any promotional benefit applied to the order.

Skin In Order reserves the right to correct any errors relating to pricing, promotions, discounts, product descriptions, or system-generated offers.

In the event of a technical, administrative, pricing, or publishing error, we may amend or cancel affected orders where reasonably necessary.

Skin In Order reserves the right to introduce, amend, extend, suspend, withdraw, or terminate any Promotion at any time without prior notice.

The introduction of a new Promotion does not create any entitlement for customer who placed orders prior to the commencement of that Promotion to receive the same promotional pricing, discounts , complimentary gifts, vouchers, or other promotional beenfits, unless otherwise expressly stated by Skin in

Nothing in this Policy limits or excludes any rights or remedies that customers may have under the applicable consumer protection laws.
